Recipe by Dee Dee Does
This week’s recipe is one I am looking forward to trying alongside you.
These Crispy Turkey Cottage Cheese Protein Bites offer a simple way to include more protein in the day using familiar ingredients and straightforward preparation. Recipes like this can be especially helpful to have on hand when a quick, nourishing option is needed.
I was drawn to this recipe because it appears practical, flexible, and supportive of steady energy throughout the week. It seems like a helpful option to prepare ahead and have available when time feels limited.
We will see how the texture turns out, how well they reheat, and what adjustments might make the recipe even more enjoyable.
If you choose to cook along this week, notice:
• what stands out to you
• what you might change
• how it fits into your routine
• whether having something prepared ahead feels supportive
We’ll revisit together in Friday Reflections and share how it truly went.
